Newly Re-furbished Kitchen Kay Winstone will be demonstrating and cooking her own homemade soups from 10am - 3pm for you to sample. FREE Buffet served between 12pm - 2pm. FREE Tea, Coffee, Biscuits and Cakes served all day. Fitness Timetable 10:30-11:00 - Boxercise - Beginner to intermediate 11:15-11:45 - Circuit Training - Beginner to intermediate 12:00-12:30 - Chair Aerobics - Older adult 12:45-13:15 - Body Bar - Intermediate to advanced 13:30-14:00 - Boxercise - Beginner to intermediate 14:15-14:45 - Circuit Training - Beginner to intermediate All Fitness activities will be held on the lower floor of Maen Alaw in the Main Hall. Throughout the day, Faye will be available to provide information about the numerous activities that take place at Llandudno Junction Leisure Centre. There will also be the chance to find out about the Ffit Conwy membership which can be used in all Local Authority Leisure facilities. Visitors on the day will receive a voucher which will enable them and a friend to attend any fitness class at Llandudno Junction Leisure Centre free of charge.
