The main location for the Festival will be the Llanfairfechan Community Centre, Village Road, Llanfairfechan.
The Main Hall:

The main Hall in the Centre will be used for exhibitions by the contributing groups.

Each group will contribute a maximum of eight A1 exhibition boards and assist with the manning of the exhibition. They have also been invited to contribute a speaker to a programme of talks to be given in the hall.

Each group will be given a set area to display history relevant to their own locality and also to promote the work of the group.

Each group is invited to provide four people to man the exhibition for 1 half-day period of up to four hours and to also provide 1 raffle prize. A rota is being organised so that a timetable will be in place; all groups involved will have their individual copies for reference. This will facilitate any discussion between groups that may arise. It is planned to have all contact names, numbers and e-mail addresses available, so making across the board communications available. It is proposed to have 42 half days covered either by Societies or by volunteer residents in Llanfairfechan.
The Council Chamber:

The Council Chamber above the Main Hall will be used for a programme of professional lectures in weekday afternoons (between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm) during the three weeks of the Festival. Display boards will be provided in this area so that each lecturer can display any material relevant to their talk.

The Council Chamber will also be used for weekday morning talks (between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm).

The Council Chamber has an adjoining kitchen, which can be used to provide refreshments. There are also toilet facilities on the same floor.
